Terms of sale

Last updated: July 4, 2026

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the sale of the Ever-QR service on ever-qr.com, published by WISHMAKERS, SAS with a capital of €1,000, Paris Trade Register no. 904 719 556, registered office: 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France ("the Seller"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service

Ever-QR lets you create a customised static QR code and, after payment, download the corresponding high-definition files: SVG, PNG, JPEG and PDF. The QR is generated locally in your browser; your destination is encoded directly in the pattern, with no redirection server. The service is the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, delivered by immediate download.

Important: a static QR code cannot be modified after creation. The Seller controls neither the encoded destination nor its future availability: check your link before paying and always test-scan before printing.

3. Price and payment

The price is €5.00 including tax, paid once. No subscription, no renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe; the Seller never accesses card data. The order becomes final upon payment confirmation by Stripe. Stripe issues a paid invoice after successful checkout using billing details supplied by the Customer. VAT treatment depends on the Customer’s situation and the Seller’s applicable tax obligations.

4. Delivery

Files are unlocked immediately after payment confirmation. A recovery email containing a link that restores your design and re-unlocks your downloads is sent to the address you provided. The recovery link is kept for 90 days; beyond that, the Seller can no longer restore the order, and you are responsible for keeping your files (the SVG is your original).

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgment of the loss of that right. At checkout, you tick a box requesting immediate performance and acknowledging this waiver; payment cannot proceed without it.

6. Legal guarantees and refunds

You benefit from the legal conformity guarantee applicable to digital content. If delivered files are defective or do not match the destination you entered, contact hello@ever-qr.com with your Stripe receipt: the Seller will supply conforming files or refund the order. User input errors, later unavailability of the destination website, or readability issues resulting from customisation choices made against the displayed recommendations are not conformity defects.

7. Liability

The Seller's liability is capped at the order amount. The Seller is not responsible for the use made of generated QR codes or the content they point to, which remain the user's sole responsibility.

8. Consumer mediation & disputes

French consumers may use a consumer mediation scheme free of charge for unresolved disputes.

The consumer mediation body applicable to the Seller is:

CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice
49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France
Online referral and information: www.cm2c.net

Under articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the mediator may only be contacted after a prior written complaint to the Seller's customer service (hello@ever-qr.com) has failed to resolve the dispute, and within one year of that complaint. Mediation is free of charge for consumers.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your EU country of habitual residence.
